EXCHANGES
You can request an exchange by following these steps:
1. Contact us with the following information:
- Your order number
- The item you want to exchange (model, color, and size), including photos (front and back)
- Reason for the exchange
- The item you want in return (model, color, and size)
2. Prepare the item: Pack it in its original packaging or something similar, and label it with your name and: Top White.
3. Deliver the item: We will confirm the shipping and pickup details via WhatsApp. The exchange is done
hand-to-hand with the courier: once they deliver the new package, remember to hand in the item being exchanged.
Important:
- Exchanges must be made within 15 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be in original condition, unused, and with tags.
- You can exchange for a different size, color, or a different item. If the new item costs less, we'll send a
voucher for the difference. If it costs more, you'll need to pay the difference.
- If the exchange is due to a manufacturing defect, shipping costs are on us.
RETURNS
If your order didn't meet your expectations, you can request a return by following these steps:
1. Contact us with the following information:
- Your order number
- The item you want to return (model, color, and size), including photos (front and back)
- Reason for the return
2. Prepare the item: Pack it securely and label it with your name and: Top White.
3. Deliver the item: We'll confirm pickup and shipping via WhatsApp.
4. Wait for our confirmation: Once we receive the item, the refund will be processed. It may take 2-10 business days (depending on your location), and we'll send you proof of refund.
Important:
- Returns must be made within 10 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be in original condition, unused, and with tags.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. The refunded amount will not include shipping costs.
- If the return is due to a manufacturing defect, we will refund the full amount, including shipping.
